2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or holding an 8k80 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons previously self-excluded from 8k80 during an active self-exclusion period; (c) employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of 8k80 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8k80 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. 8k80 may suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein upon detection of multi-accounting.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 8k80 requires completion of identity verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, or Driver's License. 8k80 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 8k80 will not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 8k80 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8k80 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 8k80 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. 8k80 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are processed in real time. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the relevant financial institution's operational hours and cut-off times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after bonus amounts have been appropriately accounted for. 8k80 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 8k80 targets the following processing times for verified accounts: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within 1–3 business hours for standard amounts. These timelines are targets and may vary due to system maintenance, peak periods, or third-party payment processing delays.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 8k80 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Funds deposited into your 8k80 account must originate from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources. 8k80 may request documentation to verify the source of funds and may delay or refuse withdrawals pending such verification.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 8k80 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your 8k80 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8k80 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from any player at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of prohibited strategies, or violation of these Terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Behaviour that 8k80 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of prohibited betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, or collusion — will result in cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 VIP Programme. The 8k80 six-tier VIP loyalty programme is available to eligible players. VIP tier membership, point accumulation rates, benefits, and tier maintenance requirements are subject to separate VIP programme terms, which may be updated by 8k80 from time to time.
6.1 Game Certification. All games available on the 8k80 Platform are sourced from certified game providers and use independently tested and certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect certified theoretical values over statistically significant play volumes.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects a game round, 8k80 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to your account. 8k80 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the stake refund.

8.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, 8k80 will process a refund of the verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will not be refunded.
8.3 Closure by Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 8k80 customer support. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
9.1 Player Tools. 8k80 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reminders; reality check notifications; self-exclusion (temporary and indefinite). 9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 8k80 Platform may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months or on an indefinite basis. 9.3 Age Verification. 8k80 employs age verification procedures during registration and may conduct additional checks at any time. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits made during the period of underage play will be returned.

11.3 8k80 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8k80 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 8k80 does not sell personal information to third parties.
8k80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 8k80 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an amendment is required urgently by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 8k80 operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations and takes its compliance obligations seriously.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
